According to a new survey, the general underworld born between 1995 and 2012 is adopting the AI and helping the older colleagues also help embrace it.
A survey conducted by the International Work Place Group of the WorkSpace Socials Company found that two -thirds of the General Ze were teaching their older working colleagues how to use AI.
“This collaboration often takes different forms, from guidance to sharing practical points to integrate AI in daily workflows,” said Mark Dickson, CEO of the International Workpoint Group. Cnbc.

In this survey, which surveyed more than 2,000 people in the United States and the United Kingdom, almost half of the respondents said that the AI is removing the space gap and encouraging mutual cooperation. Dickson told Outlet, that old workers are “showing a real openness for AI” and “learning from the younger generations”.
He added that the dynamic between older and underage generations was “so effective” because of its “mutual cooperation”. Young generations are using their AI skills to guide others and “introduce new ways to work”, while older generations respond to their experience and industry knowledge to help General Zeid use technology more efficiently.

Apart from this survey, it has been learned that most of the office workers (86 %) have said that AI has improved their performance, while more than three -quarters say it has helped them career. On average, workers used AI to save 55 minutes every day.
General Z workers are improving their AI skills by teaching others how to use it, Dickson said.
