    Prop-tech startup WeHouse raises Rs 25 Cr from Anthill Ventures and others

    The Pro -Tech Startup V House (formerly Hakomoko) has deposited Rs 25 million (about $ 2.8 million) in a series A funding round, a mixture of debt and equity. The rounds include the current backers, Anthil Ventures, Suresh Babu Diggobati, Gorao Maria, others from Mohish Yira.

    Hyderabad -based company had previously raised $ 1.86 million from Intelligence Ventures and other investors.

    “The fresh capital will be used to enhance operations to new cities, including Koambatore, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Surat and Chandigarh,” Wei House said in a press release.

    Based in 2017 by Sripid Nandiraj and Rohan Vinayak Reddy, V House is a propa -tech startup that provides a tech -led solution for home construction and reconstruction. It works as a collective platform, which combines all stakeholders in the construction process.

    Its services cover the entire construction journey from approval and design (architectural and structural and structural) to implement the project and internal internal travel. The company also offers a tech -based monitoring system that provides clients in real -time plans in their projects.

    According to market research, India's residential construction market is likely to reach $ 373 billion by 2030.

    Currently, We House works in Chennai, Hyderabad, and Vijay Wara. The company claims that it implemented more than 400 projects, provided 250, and currently has an order book worth Rs 150 crore. Its tax model includes charging consumers on a square -foot basis (with various commissions by city), selling content to contractors, and providing admission design services on demand.

    The Wei House competes with players like Burke and Bolt, who is active in both residential and commercial construction in cities, including Hyderabad and Chennai.
