Startup Radar: Hiring and HR tools, dementia care, AI for financial advisors, and smart home lights
From the top left, the direction of the clock: CEO of Talvita CEO CLILAN ROLLMAN; Naxelm CEO Lono Yo; RMME CEO Grace Ripper; Aura Labs CEO Joseus Garcia; And NEO, CEO of Mabus.

We have returned with a start -up radar, and highlights another interesting group of founders of Seattle Area on the upcoming early stage companies.

This batch is spread over smart home hardware, dementia care, hiring, HR, and AI assistants.

We are happy to welcome Aaron Flashman, partner of Seattle Area Venture Capital Firm Tola Capital, who provided “VC View” at every beginning.

We have also decided to connect it with the addition of “Mean VC”, which is built by a Seattle area investor, Yuhi Nakajima, which we have written this week. It is designed to help provide tough feedback for the founders on their pitches – so we asked to decide this week's start -up radar companies based on the statements below.

Thanks for reading. Email me at Taylor@gekwire.com with a potential start to be featured in the future of the beginning.

    Aura Labs

    Establishment: 2024

Business: Smart home startup was initially focused on lighting. Its technology uses sensors and AI to create personalized formulations without the need to learn the user's habits and know technical. The company's first product and TVback lights aimed at creating a more prolonged home recreational experience.

    Joseus Garcia.

Lead: CEO Joseus Garcia was a member of the Seattle Area Smart Home Device Dev, a member of the initial sale in the Wes. Its co -founder Abu Hafiz (worked on smart home products in Amazon) and the Dark Chen (hardware design expert) both retired in July.

Vice -Chancellor's view from Aaron Flashman: “Aura TVback Light looks like an interesting early witch in the home entertainment system. I can definitely see how it produces more experience for users. The real question I have: Where do the early wings go, where do the Ary Labs go? Like the world of B2B software, you need more entertainment.

Mean vc: “Your product tapped in the smart home market on the rise with a sleek, low -rubbing user experience that can win on Tech overseas users. Unfortunately, 'personal light' looks like a kickstarter trick than a defensive business, and when Philips Hue is stripped, you update a firmware.”

    Meeboss

    Establishment: 2025

Business: The job platform that aims to help hire both employers and candidates faster and more personal. The Mabus offers a direct messaging and job recommendation system with key words based on key words. Currently it is offering its products free of charge VC -backed startups.

    Susana Niyu.

Lead: Co -founder Susana Niyu had previously launched a news media platform for students abroad and has a marketing experience. Co -Founder Fisher was a senior product manager at Fisher Philosports and spent more than a decade in the tech characters in Disney.

Vice Chancellor's view From Aaron Flashman: “After investing in features such as talent sourcing automation startups, I see real value in companies that can accelerate the right candidates to match the right companies. Where I think it is really interesting when you can almost be able to fully divert the company's enthusiasm.

Mean vc: “Offering a free, smooth rental tool with a direct messaging to the VC -backed Startup is a cunning burst in the disappointing market for better talent pipelines.

    Bellum

    Establishment: 2025

Business: AI Agent Organization Layer for Financial Advisors. The company's AI assistant listens to client meetings, connects work, and performs assignments in CRM, email and other platforms. Naxelm has recently joined the AI2 incubator in Seattle and is running early pilots with independent Rias and Insurance Financial Managers.

    Luna Yu.

Lead: CEO Luna was a machine learning scientist in Umazon who was working on fraudulent models. CTO Nolan McCaretti was also an engineer in Amazon and was recently in Cloud Services Startup Omesatrate.

Vice -Chancellor's view from Aaron Flashman: “Applying AI technologies and agents to guide expected and Dell coaching is no mental, and we are already looking at many of these technologies. We are being investing in a very successful company in a very successful company called Naxes, which is more likely to do so if it needs to do so. If you need to specify the coaching tasks, it needs to be specific to a specific vertical and deal with the work that needs to be specific to the horizontal players.

Mean vc: “To automatically make the Grants work an AI agent is a smart drama embedded in the chaos work flu, especially with hot leads from the AI2 generation.

    RMME

    Establishment: 2025

Business: The Software Software Platform focused on reminding the Software Software Platform to help improve the mood, promote memory, promote memory, and reduce the use of medication medicines. Remy tools use photos and conversations to help users remind users regularly and naturally while building contacts between members of the family. The company is submitting feedback at local senior centers.

    Gracey rapper

Lead: Founder Grace Ripper AR Training Startup was a lead software engineer in the Gastup Pacer, whose Peluten acquired his assets. Later he launched a computer vision tool, scan family photos, a computer vision tool, a century box. Ripper was impressed to launch Remy through his grandmother, who spent more than 30 years as a hospital nurse.

Vice Chancellor's view From Aaron Flashman: “Unfortunately, with the elderly population, the spread of dementia and Alzheimer's is increasing. I am not an expert in this place, but Remi's therapy seems to improve the quality of life for people suffering from these diseases.

Means vc: “Taping with user-friendly tools, taping in therapy that strengthens family bonds and improving dementia care is widespread in the aging market, but as long as you can't prove the medical results of permanent engagement and measurements-and not just a good-toe-on-the-to-a-on-one-to-a-on-one.

    Doctrine

    Establishment: 2025

Business: AI-local talent management platform that revised ways to unlock traditional performance studies and employees. Talvita tracks and evaluates the impact of employees in high embrace roles, and provides insights to senior leaders. Startup is bootstream and intends to launch limited access MVP.

    Catalon Rollman.

Lead: CEO Ketlin Roll was the senior director at Seattle Sales Software Startup High Spot and spent almost a decade in Microsoft. Co -founder Kate Wilson was also in the high spot in a senior director character who led the solution architects team, and was an advisor in the Excchas.

Vice Chancellor's view From Aaron Flashman: “Performance review management is definitely a crowded market, both of which offer large current HR platforms, but also offer some breakout-sauce startups such as lettuce. It is not fully clear to me how to distinguish Talvita's competition.

Means vc: “Targeting the broken world of performance studies with AI, which in fact understands the effects of vague characters, is a refreshing, high alphabet for modern organs.
