They have their own opinions expressed by business partners.
At a recent business -level conference, businessmen from all over the country gathered from a lineup of leading successful businessmen to gain strategies, adventures and practical insights. I was honored to host the conference and share with a businessman.
One of the headliners, Robert Herjavic – investor, business and star Shark tank- Today's unexpected business scenario provided a keynote note full of wisdom for the founders.
Harjawak's insight was not abstract. He was a fake lesson in the trenches of the businessman-the militants who spoke directly about the challenges and aspirations of the audience.
Here is a defect of its most effective path.

1. Every answer opens a door for the opportunity
Harjawak emphasized that opportunities are rarely packed. They often hide in conversation, questions or unexpected feedback.
“Every answer opens the door to opportunity,” he said.
The message was clear: Curiosity is a growth engine. Businesses who are curious. Instead of “no” or rejecting a difficult response, Harjawak urged the participants to find the opportunity behind it. Sometimes, follow -up question or deeper listening is the same as the one that turns it into a possibility.
2. Evolution, not revolution
The fiction of entrepreneurship often celebrates “big idea” that changes an industry overnight. But Harjawak reminds the audience that this is rare.
“Most businesses are ready – they are rarely revolutions.”
He explained that when the innovation of progress occupies the headlines, the majority of the sustainable businesses are made on additional improvement, improved implementation and existing ideas into new markets.
For traders, this means that if your business does not feel revolutionary from the first day, that's fine. What is important is committed to developing, improving and listening to the market.
3. Adaptation is non -dialogue
If there was a central topic in the conversation of Harjawak, it was a compromise. He described the winning business as those who develop on adaptation – not only to avoid shock, but also to achieve growth in changing circumstances.
“When knocking, elasticity is equal to survival.”
He acknowledged that blowing business personality is inevitable. The real test is not whether you will face challenges, but how do you respond to them? Businesses who can compromise – whether changing strategies, reviving a product or revising the consumer serving methods – are those who tolerate.
4. The founder fixes the tone
Harjawak did not refrain from a serious fact: When business struggles, the main reason is often with leadership.
“Show me a business in trouble, and I will show you a founder who has lost his way.”
He explained that when the leaders lose attention, passion or explanation, the organization inevitably follows it. A founder's vision and energy culture are peeking in decision -making and implementation. If the leaders flow, the company does.
For traders, this is a call for self -reflection. Protect your purpose. Review why you started. And remember that your team not only direction, but also of inspiration. Sees
5. Success never happens accidental
Although fate can play its role in any trip, Harjawak emphasized that sustainable success is never accidental.
Every promotional business intends – a clear strategy, deliberate choice and a permanent effort. He encouraged the traders to resist the shortcut and the tribulations of the instant win, rather than focus on the building systems and cultures that create lasting value.
This does not mean that every decision will be perfect, but this means that success reaches people who plan, prepare and implement with purpose.

6. Re -sale
As a businessman who built and measuring a successful cyberciction firm before becoming a television investor, Harjawak remained in the conversation of countless sales. His vision about sales was refreshing.
“In addition to exposing the needs of the client equal to sales, talking about how you meet them.”
He emphasized that sales are not about advancing a product, not going to talk, or forcing solutions. This is about understanding – really about what the client needs – and then clearly shows how your business provides value.
That is important, he warned against the greed of surveillance.
“Not Overseas. Sale should feel natural: am I providing a price?”
In Harjawak's view, sales are not about convincing, but about alignment. When businessmen move their mentality to “generating” value from “closing deals”, sales are easier, more authentic and eventually more successful.
7. The flexibility is the superpower of the business person
Beyond the adaptation, Harjawak talked about flexibility. He reminded the audience, the entrepreneurship is a marathon, not a sprint. This trip is full of failures, rejects and shocks that will crush many people.
But successful businessmen are not explained how many times they fall, but how quickly and effective they return. Flexibility is not just about avoiding difficulties – it's about using it as fuel to move forward.
8. Keep it all together
When made together, Herjavic's insights create a practical framework for businessmen:
- Keep up Every question or answer can open a new path.
- Pay attention to evolution. Businesses rarely change the world overnight. They grow through steady improvement.
- Prefer adaptation. In addition to flexibility, the ability to adapt to survival.
- Guide with clarification. A founder's vision shapes the pace of business.
- Stay deliberately Success is a product of strategy, not an accident.
- Serve and sell. About sales, to expose the needs and provide real value.
- Create flexibility. The shocks do not end. They are a training field for development.
This was not just abstract rules for businessmen in the audience. They were reminded that business journey – while hard – is viable with the right mentality and tools.
Result: The way forward
Robert Hurjavik's keynote at the business level UP conference reinforces an everlasting truth: Entrepreneurship is not just about great ideas, but about tremendous implementation, flexibility and human relationship.
His words served as both a challenge and encouragement. Challenge: Businesses should be vigilant, adaptable and deliberately under their leadership. Encouragement: Success, listening and maintaining is to the extent of success for those wishing to maintain.
To think about every founder how to visit uncertainty, the playbook of Harjawak is easy but powerful: be curious, restrained, guide with explanation and always create value.
At the end of the day, the business is not about luck or shortcuts – it is about flexibility, adaptation and courage that they appear
