
Pretty believes that energy, explanation and purpose should be born from the beginning of work day. This belief is at the center of the working Dome, its fellow working project, which is based on its flexible, thought -provoking office locations in Delhi and Grogram.

Pretty, who belongs to the family of real estate developers in Delhi, had previously founded a leadership -serving firm, when inspired for the working Dome. “I began traveling frequently in Mumbai from 2017-2018, and I worked from several fellow places,” said Yadav. This is where I realized the importance of a fellow place. I started using fellow places for myself and my team, understood the overheads and returned well on investment. ” After completing the Workingadam pilot project – after setting up a center in Dwarka, Delhi – he realized the business in the industry and its ability. The monument realized that its main spirit was in its place and with this feeling, the working Dome was ready to increase the ranks and was ready to establish itself as a premium fellow brand in India.

After going to the fellow worker's place, Pretty's details were equipped with her experience, her focus and Eagle Eye. As a founder and chief consultant in the Espir HR solution, she was already well mastered in hiring leadership services, and she had a keen skill in business work. She says, “When I was looking for leadership professions, I used to dive into her job roles and profiles. She taught me how to handle tasks, manage teams and create solutions.”
After launching the working domestic dum, Pretty identified four basic pillars for this brand: location, environment, cheap and customer service. The first center was established in the national capital, a planned residential center in Dwarka. According to her hand -powered approach, Pretty personally oversees the internal design of everywhere. Although each working location has its own aesthetic, they are all united through a design philosophy that reflects positiveness and encourages productivity.
“My goal is to provide new customers in terms of affordable rates and aesthetics. Then I move towards keeping the attention. I am sure that every client should develop with us, so if they need to be expanded, pricing should not be a problem.”
Working Domin Canaten space: Hamilton House
The Hamilton House of the Working Dome in Contest Place – a financial, commercial and business center in Delhi – was established after a lot of market research, and a challenge from the beginning. A heritage zone, this place was tied up in rules and restrictions. However, Pretty had a clear theory: a place joint convenience, beauty and cheapness. With complex planning, the team ensured full compliance with zoning rules, permits and licensing requirements.
Although space was limited, every square foot of the working property was creative in their design and use. “We wanted to create an open -hearted sense, while offering a maximum number of seats on investment,” says Pretty.
Working Dom Grogram: a new chapter where places were developed with love, not just sequence
The fourth center of the Working Dome in Grogram offers the comfort of the city's life's stir. Influenced by a mixture of Japandi's aesthetic, Japanese affinity and scandinavine warmth, the space embraces clean lines, natural textures and calm heads. Pretty reflected, “I didn't start with a desk or layout. I started with a feeling.” From tribal women to crafts, from sabbatical grass planting to bamboo furnishings and frequent greenery, every detail tells a story.
A vast balcony outdoor is doubled with the O2 zone with the seating and spraying fans, which offers a welcome interval in a difficult working day. This center reflects the basic philosophy of the Working Dome.

Hada City Center is located in accordance with the strategy near the metro station, the Grogram hub meets a customer spectrum, from startups to firms. Offers include hot desk, private cabin, meeting rooms, discussion pods, phone booths, and days.
Security and tech are also the top priorities. Admission is managed by facial identity, digital YC, and a custom mobile app that handles booking, accessories and complaints.
What's ahead?
After a profitable emission for its angel investors in 2023, the working domesty is now ready for a wider expansion. With its eyes on Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Chennai, start -up tires are looking for new funding powers to grow in cities and internationally. It does not end there – the working domestion also wants to expand Dubai. A market that is facing growth due to its strategic location, strong infrastructure and government support.
For pretty, the compromise is in the core part of the entrepreneurship. Every successful business understands the requirements of work in the early stages and the journey to Pretty was no different. In the early stages of the Working Dome, Pretty had to give priority to the family over time and even her own health. She says, “As a bootstart -up entrepreneur, we often wake up many characters and responsibilities.” Without reducing any ownership and buying angel investor's shares back, the development of the working domestation was the result of self -reliance, flexibility and creative problem. The construction of the Working Dome Grogram Center, then, was not just a business milestone. But a personal.
Pretty believes that success is about balance, not sacrifice. Although she is excited about enhancing the work working in a global brand, she is so treasured to travel to the world with curiosity and happiness with her 12 -year -old son, her husband and family. Advice to other founders? “Explain the success on your terms. Build arrogance, but be completely alive.”
