Just after a month of starting yourself Sister Ai (Trained a decade content and hundreds of founders, speakers, and events), we already have more than 34,000 (!) With our AI in 30 days.

The Top 10 Learnings from Launching SaaStr’s Own AI: What Every B2B Founder Needs to Know

Our AI has eaten 10,000+ Saster Posts, 2,000+ YouTube, 800+ podcasts, and our 100,000 tweets. And trained on all of them – it's great.

It has completely opened my eyes what AI can really do in the real world – not only in coding and help, but also for all our apps. It's running delphi.ai And try it Here:

I sank a deep in the workshop with my top 10 learning on Wednesday, and brought to Simon Forkers Assistant UIWhich offers a leading platform to add interfaces like Chat GPT to your own app and add some colors. With 4,000 gut hub stars and an impressive customer base, Simon's first time looks at how the framework works in industries.

    And here slides:

The scale mind is faster, and the faster

As Sam Ultman noted, Chat GPT went from 1 million users in an hour with 1 million users in 5 days. These are several orders for the severity difference in just 26 months.

Along with Sister AI, we have had about 35,000 founder talks in less than 30 days. There is no human way here that we can talk to it a lot – not, our team. It is not about to replace humans or performance. It is about to work on a scale where there is no human alternative.

10 important learning from our AI rollout:

    1. Users will tell AI things they will not tell humans

We discovered that people are asking our AI about sensitive topics that they will never bring with me or with our team. “I'm thinking about leaving” or titles like a deep personal founder's struggle.

It has widespread implications for B2B sauce. Your AI opinions and insights can become a channel that you will never find. Consumers will openly discuss issues they will never bother reporting to your support team. This produces an unprecedented opinion loop that can change your business.

    2. AI is amazingly good – it often gets better than me (for some things)

Our fastest growing portfolio companies had provided feedback on their investment memo by all board members and investors-and AI won. He defeated me and other investors in an opinion. All the opinions were good, but overall AI was excellent.

Why? Because he remembered 12 years of my thinking and applied it without forgetting anything. He gave excellent comments on TAM, team, positioning, competitiveness and markets. The important thing is, it was much better than that I would have obtained the Chat with the GPT indicators. More below.

    3. The frauds for our AI are no big deal – and rarely

Everyone was initially skeptical about AI fraud, and many of the founders still mention it as blocker. But the truth? In our experience, there are now frauds:

    • Fix 80 % of the time
    • Minor/Common ~ 15 % Time
    • The wrong time only ~ 5 %

Even when it cheats, it is usually about matters or personal details beyond the basic domain knowledge. The fraud rate continues to fall dramatically, and within 12 months, we are all looking at 1 % error rates.

Training is also easy. When I see an error (such as, AI got the dates for Sister Europa 2025, which is probably because we have not yet launched it so it is “guessing”), I just make a quick sound note and the model is almost updated. And turns away from deception.

    4. Digital + human scroll makes a superpower

One of the most interesting example we discovered is that when there are three of us in the conversation: two humans IRL Plus Digital Jason (or sometimes Digital Brian Heligan). This produces an IRL co -pilot, which is a change.

I ask Digital Jason what his thoughts are on the things I forget or faded… when the rest of the Soster team is also in the room. And our AI, Digital Jason, is usually fine with his thoughts on this matter.

I am Amazing We do not already have sales calls. By the end of the year, each cell call should have a digital representative who can fill a human being when a person does not know the answer. This will completely change how we sell it.

If your digital sales engineer is included in the zoom and the product questions are found at 95 %+ right… it is better than 95 % AES and SDRS.

    5. Sound vs text: Data can put you in surprise

Despite all the hype about the future of sound, our data shows a different story. In the first 5000 or more sessions:

    • Web Text: 2,000 sessions
    • Sound: 500 sessions
    • Embed (Chat on our homepage): 500 sessions

It's only 20 % sound, 80 % typing on keyboards. The sound is clearly important, but we should not understand that it is handling. Different use issues demand different ways.

    6. Customs Trend AI has widely performed normal models who have eaten the same data

The biggest surprise was that our special Saster AI is compared with the same questions from Chat GPT or Cloud.

When asked “How do I get a huge sales VP services? What will I respond to Saster”, such as classic Saster questions, our AI gives answers that are 50x better than ordinary models. There is something about dedicated training, interface, and relationships with consumers that produce dramatically better experience.

    7. It's already out of the box B+ BDR

Without Anyone Specific training of sales, our AI may already handle fundamental questions such as B+ BDR. When asked about the exhibition at the Saster Annual, it provided accurate information about sponsorship offers, expo halls, contact details, and the audience's dynamics – all this without waiting for business times or human intervention.

Key Insight: Users will use your AI for everything – not you designed it. Help, sales, marketing, research – they will expect it to handle it all.

    8. People love good AI

I really wonder how much people love our AI – especially technical people who know how it works! When the smart founders ask about proportional questions about their specific circumstances, personal reactions create what Simon calls the “magic moments”.

People are building a variety of relationships with AI compared to the traditional interface. It's not just about high rates of conversion – it's opening completely new ways to communicate with your content and products.

    9. Price/Price Equality is crazy. And there is a risk for B2B shopkeepers who receive very low cost.

The economics of AI tools are blowing the mind. For 29-399/month, we are getting 6,000+ extra interaction, surprise and happiness, video conversation and more. Compare this with $ 60/month social media tools that schedule three tweets.

There are deep implications: You have to provide a much higher price in your app than a year ago. Don't see AI as an upsel – see how you can improve your product 10x, because that's what you are fighting.

    10. AI itself is not defending. However, it may have a software layer around it. How much, we will see.

Like our AI, no smart can make a clone a week, especially if they use the same platform. 99 % of our content is public. Still, when I tried a different but apparently similar vendor, I couldn't really find it to work well.

The same rules of B2b sauce continue to apply. Make a good product around AI, focus on full experience rather than doing much more than basic technology. I know that our AI uses different LLMs (I think I can see Deep SEC when I find it), but I don't even care.

And the amount of data needed for good AI is decreasing as models improve, which means you may face more rivals more than last year.

Key path for every B2b founder

Each app should have an interface like a chat GPT, some kind of co -pilot. I wasn't sure about it even 30 days ago, but now I'm convinced. Even though it has to be great.

This way users want to communicate – they do not want to input data manually, target refresh, or do not want to detect complex UX. And if nothing else they will be soon Expectation You offer an AI of at least our quality or better quality.

Look Assistant UI And other framework – your engineers can implement it a week. Don't wait for a year to launch your AI. If you don't have such a thing very soon, you are going to look beautiful old school.
